QHow long does it take for my order to ship? ATTypically, orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours of payment being processed.Once your order has been dispatched, it will take between 5 and 10 business days to receive it.In the rare event that something happens that interrupts or lengthens this process, you will be contacted by email with the status of your order.

RShipping rates are automatically calculated based on Canada Post shipping rates and servicesOrders over $75.00 before taxes and after promotional and/or discount codes will receive FREE standard shipping within Canada (Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territories excluded)

QDo you ship to multiple addresses? RNoAt this time, we can only ship your order to one address.
QThere is an error with my delivery addressHow can I fix this? RIf you haven't placed your order yet, you can change your delivery address by going to your account settings and changing your delivery information.If you have already placed your order before realizing the error, please email or call our customer service department immediately (within 24 hours of placing your order) and include your name, order number and address correct postage
QCan I ship to a POBox? RUnfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes in Canada
QCan orders placed online be picked up at your office? RNoOur office is not set up to serve pickup ordersAll orders will be shipped
