Return and Refund Policy

At Inkanature, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will review your request.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, opened, used, or consumed food supplements and natural products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Inkanature is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes after purchase confirmation. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
