Shipping destinations

We currently ship orders within Canada only.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of CAD $65 or more (before applicable taxes), unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Inkanature is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking

When available, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Inkanature is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
