Shipping & Returns Policy – Inka Nature

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 48 to 72 hours after payment has been processed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. In the rare event of a delay, you will be notified by email with the status of your order.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on Canada Post rates. Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $75 CAD before taxes and after discounts or promotional codes (excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon).

We do not currently ship internationally. However, Inka Nature works with distributors in several countries. Our European online store will soon be available to serve both Europe and international destinations.

All orders are shipped to a single address only, and we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders cannot be picked up directly from our office.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it.

If your package arrives damaged or if you have not received it, please contact us at 📧 service@inkanature.com with your order and tracking number. We will open a case with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

At Inka Nature, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Unopened products: Full refund to the original payment method.
  
• Opened products: Refund issued as an Inka Nature gift card.
  
• Defective or altered products: Full refund, subject to verification by our team.
